Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Riviera Maya Airport Transfer: From $52 Puerto Morelos Route (2026)

Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Riviera Maya transfer: fares start at $52 USD from Cancun Airport to this family-friendly Puerto Morelos resort, 20 to 30 minutes.

A private Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Riviera Maya airport transfer takes your family straight from the terminal to this Nickelodeon-themed resort in Puerto Morelos. The fixed price is from $52 USD per vehicle, one way, for 1 to 6 passengers (7 passengers and larger groups are quoted in our booking tool), and the ride takes about 20 to 30 minutes. No shuttle stops, no shared van, and no waiting around while other guests board first.

About Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Riviera Maya

Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Riviera Maya opened in August 2021 on the Puerto Morelos coastline in Quintana Roo, run by Karisma Hotels under a Gourmet Inclusive all-inclusive model. The property has 280 oceanfront swim-up suites built with families in mind, each with two full bathrooms, a private balcony, and enough space for up to five guests. Kids get to meet SpongeBob SquarePants and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in person, and the resort leans into that theme in its accommodations too, with a Big Kahuna Suite built around 1990s Nickelodeon nostalgia, a Lair Suite themed after the Turtles, and a Pineapple Suite modeled on SpongeBob’s house.

What Makes This Resort Different

The centerpiece is Aqua Nick, a six-acre water park built into the resort with water slides and a lazy river, one of the largest themed water parks in Mexico. Between the water park, daily character-led activities, themed dining, and more than ten restaurants included in the rate, this is a resort built around keeping kids busy without your family ever needing to leave the property. That matters when you are booking an airport transfer too, since you are not squeezing car seats and stroller bags into a shared van with strangers. You get your own vehicle, sized for the whole group, from the moment you land.

Why Puerto Morelos Instead of the Hotel Zone

Puerto Morelos sits about 20 to 30 minutes south of the Cancun Hotel Zone, close enough for an easy transfer but far enough to trade the nightlife for a real fishing village, a protected reef just offshore, and a noticeably calmer pace. It’s the same zone covered in our Cancun Airport to Puerto Morelos guide, and it’s become a favorite spot for new family and luxury resorts alike, including Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya just up the coast from Nickelodeon.

What to Expect From Your Transfer

Your driver is licensed and waiting at arrivals with a name sign, not a phone screen buried in a crowd of other drivers. Send your flight number when you book and we confirm the driver, the vehicle and a direct phone number before you fly. Tell us the ages of any children at the same time. This is a family resort and child seats have to be arranged in advance with the vehicle, not asked for at the curb once everyone is standing outside the terminal. Flight delays are tracked, so a late landing costs you waiting rather than money.

How Our Price Compares

Yesmytransfer publishes one fixed price for this route instead of a range you have to negotiate. A fixed rate from $52 USD per vehicle, one way, for 1 to 6 passengers, beats what most travelers end up paying when they arrange a ride at the curb without booking ahead, since unofficial rides to this stretch of the Riviera Maya are rarely metered and commonly run $20 to 50 USD higher for someone who doesn’t know the going rate.

Combine Your Airport Pickup with a Cenote Stop

Puerto Morelos sits close to some of the closest cenotes to Cancun. See our guide to the best cenotes near Cancun, or ask your driver about adding a short stop on the way in if the kids want to swim before check-in.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a transfer to Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Riviera Maya cost?
From $52 USD, fixed, per vehicle, one way from Cancun Airport, for 1 to 6 passengers (7 passengers and larger groups are quoted in our booking tool).

How far is it from Cancun Airport?
About 20 to 30 minutes by road in normal traffic, in the Puerto Morelos zone, sometimes up to 40 minutes at peak times.

Does the driver track my flight?
Yes. Your driver tracks your actual landing time rather than your printed schedule, so a delay does not change your pickup or add a fee.

What if I’m arriving with kids and lots of luggage?
The vehicle fits up to 8 passengers along with strollers, car seats, and extra bags, and your driver meets you at arrivals with a name sign so you are not managing bags and kids while looking for a ride.

Can I book a round trip?
Yes. Tell us your return flight details when you book, and we will confirm both legs together.
